I think SM takes on too many projects at the same time...they need to focus on a couple of projects at once (like the mangas that already came to an end) and finish those (and not take any more projects) so they can focus on SPEED yo.......
their quality is top-notch and of course they should never compromise that...but i reall think they've bitten off more than they can chew
